Kettlebell Workouts – Why All The Attention?

Question! What are Kettlebells and Kettlebell workouts? Kettlebells have been around for centuries but they have remained under the radar.

If you can imagine what a cannonball would look like with a handle on it then that is just like what a kettlebell looks like. This strange object has grown in popularity over the past few years. Kettlebells are used to develop strenght and conditioning.

It has been said that Kettlebells have been developed over a century ago in Russia. Kettlebelss may have started in Russia but they have now reached across all countries now all over the world.

Kettlebell workouts are an excellent way to achieve your fitness goals using nothing else but determination and Kettlebells. You can use Kettlebells anywhere that you want as they are easily trasported. All you need to do is put the Kettlebells in your car and transport them literally anywhere. During the summer months I love taking my Kettlebell workouts outside in the sun.

Kettlebell workouts have a lot of benefits to your health and body. Kettlebells are great for cardio. You will easily be able to lose weight or build muscle. Kettlebells are good for your joints and are a safe way to exercise.

A massive bonus with training with Kettlebells is that each training session only lasts about thirty minutes maximum. The reason for the shortness of the workout sessions is because Kettlebells are a very intense way to workout. The intencity of Kettlebells is what gets so many people hooked on them.

To get the most out of Kettlebell workouts follow a 3 – 4 day training schedule each week to really get the benefits. Six exericises is usually the recommended amount to do in the given time. You can include the exercises in supersets for more intencity or as a circuit.

Regardless of age or ability everyone can do Kettlebell workouts. So no matter your age or the fact that your a beginner, intermediate or advanced in physical activities there is a Kettlebell workout for you.

For over four years all I use to do was workout with weights but then I discovered Kettlebells a few months back. Kettlebells quickly became my favorite activity and I ended up getting rid of the weights and training strickly with Kettlebells.

Kettlebells have been the most fun workouts that I have done in my life and they have produced the biggest results as well. Targetting the core muscles of the body are something that Kettlebells excell at over all other workouts.

So give Kettlebells a shot. Incorperate them into your current training or just start doing them. I guarantee that you will love them and will become addicted just like me.
