Consistency is extremely important when performing an ab workout. Working out 3 – 4 days a week is a good start and, in time, you can increase the number of days per week you workout only if you want. The length of the workouts do not need to be long – 20-30 mins is efficient with 5-7 mins dedicated to working out the abs. Knowing how to get a six pack is one thing, getting started is another.
