Bowflex

With an adjustable bench, the Bowflex Sport can allow for a greater range of exercises. The Bowflex Sport allows you to do up to 60 different exercises. This model of bowflex exercise equipment comes with a sliding seat rail. The sliding seat rail is a good feature especially if you want to do some aerobic resistance exercises such as rowing.

You will need to put aside a workout area of at least 8 ½ feet by 6 ½ feet. The machine includes a lat tower with angled lat bar, lower pulley/squat station to do squats, sliding seat rail for aerobic rowing, leg presses and seated leg curls.

A few exercises you can complete include:

1. Back

  • Seated row
  • Lying lat pulldown
  • Reverse grip pulldown

2. Chest

  • Bench press
  • Chest fly
  • Incline bench press
  • Lying shoulder pullover

3. Arms

  • Standing biceps curl
  • Lying biceps curl
  • Lying triceps extension
  • Seated triceps extension
  • Triceps pushdown
  • Reverse Curl

4. Abdominals

  • Seated abdominal crunch
  • Seated oblique crunch
